Lou Brunelli coached his first season with the Tigers in 2007 after coaching the defensive backs and wide receivers at Spotswood High School in 2006. He coaches the Tigers' defensive backs.
After playing running back and graduating from Ursinus in 1992, Brunelli began his coaching career at Spring-Ford (PA) High School. The following season he worked as Assistant to the Recruiting Coordinator/Director of Football Operations at Rutgers University while coaching at Red Bank Catholic High School. Brunelli then coached the secondary at Quincy (IL) University. In 1995, Brunelli began a two-year stint at the University of Pennsylvania. After leaving Penn, he served as defensive coordinator at Interlachen (FL) High School before moving on to Delaware Valley College in 1998. He then spent the next three seasons at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ as an assistant coach serving his last season as defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator for the program. In 2002-2003 he served in the same capacity at Wesleyan University. During the 2004 season he worked as a defensive assistant at Cardinal McCarrick High School in South Amboy, NJ.
He resides in Edison, NJ.
